My name is Katie. Food is my passion. Eating, cooking, and growing. I could eat bagels, bacon, and truffle mac and cheese everyday. Strawberry shortcake is my favorite dessert. I live in New England so raw oysters, littlenecks and lobster are main stays in my diet. I couldn't have become more appreciative of food if it weren't for Italy and those whom I met along the way while living there. Italy, food, and air are the recipe for a good day. I'm here to share that with you.
